3. We source our meat primarily from the 'Devon cooperative', a group of classic breed live stock farmers who farm the county supporting the community by producing contented, well cared for stock. our meat is carefully selected then aged before it is served to you.
4.The famous Bristol landmark restaurant, Severnshed, is now part of the Coal group. Severnshed is reputed to have been Isombard Kingdom Brunel's boathouse. Quite literally a 'taste' of history!
5. We are currently considering a site in Newcastle but, then again, who are we to be 'carrying coal to newcastle'?!
